On this album, Vishwa Mohan Bhatt, Grammy Award winner and creator of the Mohan Veena, joins virtuoso brothers Raman Kalyan and Mysore V. Srikanth to bring you the very best of classical Indian music.

Vishwa Mohan traces his musical lineage back to a man named Tansen, a beloved court musician to the Mughal Emperor Akbar, who lived during the 16th century in India. Tansen was known for his legendary command of raga. It was said that his music could captivate any heart, and even summon the elements. To this day, Tansen’s tradition of mastery continues, and our varied emotions and moods are yet activated by the mystical power of raga.
